Omonekhai Abubakar Blessing (MD/CEO)
Top performing, COREN, and NSE registered Engineer. A results-driven Civil Construction Manager with more than Sixteen years of experience in spearheading complex and multi-million dollar projects at large engineering organizations within the construction industry.
A best graduating Civil Engineering student from the Federal Polytechnic Auchi-Edo State. And a Civil Engineer graduate of the prestigious University of Benin. Also, a UK master’s degree holder in Construction Project Management, with a proven track record of completing assigned construction projects in stipulated time and ensuring all standard requirements are met while carrying out the construction process.
Hands-on experience while handling multiple building projects, working in diverse environments, and demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively.
Expertise in Budgeting Cost and Control; Construction Management; Site team Management; Health and Safety Assurance; Leadership and Motivational Skills; Subcontractor supervision; Resource Management; Contact Administration; Planning and time management; Project Management; and Service Delivery.
Alamutu Sulaimon Abiola – Construction Manager
Alamutu Abiola is a self-motivated target-oriented Building Engineer. He is a graduate of the Lagos State Polytechnic and the Bells University of Technology in Building Technology. A.S. Abiola has fifteen years of experience in construction works and has been a part of Binci Construction Limited from inception.
He works with existing staff and facilities contributing to his quota through a relentless input of hard work and supporting the established teamwork while striving for excellence in all positions and circumstances at the same time developing for a higher position in the organization.
Ugboaja Chigo - Senior Site Engineer
A diligent Structural Engineer graduate from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, with a clear and concise understanding of structural design, drafting, and detailing of structural members like foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, and roof trusses.
Having an appreciable skill in the use of AutoCAD 2D&3D modeling, Orion 18, Staad Pro, and MS Office suite (MS Excel) to mention but a few.
Quick in learning and has the ability to withstand and adhere to the proceedings in any job environment. Bachelor in Civil Engineering(Structures)-, Engineering Designs and Drawings, Project Management (Project Planning and Scheduling, Project Report Performance Management, Earn Value Management EV, CV, SV, SPI, CPI, ETC, EAC) Health Safety and Environment 1,2&3, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Plant Design Management System, Effective Supervision on site.
Osarodion Jerome – Site Engineer
Osarodion Jerome is a resourceful resident Engineer with some years of experience in materials and design. He graduated with Distinction in Civil Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic Auchi, Edo State.
Adept at preparing preliminary drawings, presenting information, and performing field inspections. He joined Binci Construction Limited in 2021 and works closely with all levels of management, field operating staff, and engineers. He is an outstanding team player with an enthusiastic attitude.
Oladeji, Abiodun Tayo – Structural Engineer
Engr. Oladeji is employed in Binci Construction Limited as a senior structural engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering from the federal university of technology, Akure (FUTA) Ondo state where he graduated as the best student; and a master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the same University. He is a corporate Member, of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE); a Corporate Member, of the Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineers (NICE); Registered by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN); and a Corporate Member, Nigerian Institute of Structural Engineers (NISTRUCTE).
At Binci, he works in accordance with set goals and sets the pace in integrity, creativity, versatility, and effective teamwork.
